Reviews on Angelo Pompetti Bonetti

As an unexpected eye surgery came about, I am forced to stay at home and recover until my vision comes back.

As I am devoted to my business, & clientele, as most of you know, I am always in there. Not wanting to take time off because of my love for what I do.

A client sent me a message and said this seems like the universe’s way of telling me I need a rest and take some time for myself.. I have no way of giving a haircut without vision in both eyes, so I patiently wait to recover and get back to all of you soon.

I have been working on teaching my son how to cut hair exactly like my father taught me.My son has his barber license and I have spent time wondering how to teach him how to run a business for himself eventually.

When I was 19 my father passed away, and I had to go into the barbershop without him and keep those doors open and keep the business alive. I wasn’t prepared to run a barbershop at 19 but I did it for 20 years.

My son, Angelo now the third generation, carrying my dad’s name was kind of forced into going into My Barbershop and taking it over since I’ve had the eye surgery.. we didn’t see this coming, but I am proud to report Angelo is doing very well. I will be back in a few more weeks. I will be working my usual hours, and then Angelo can come in after hours and keep the doors open for clients who need to come in later in the afternoon.

I am thankful that he is in there keeping the door open for me and taking care of clients who can’t hold off a few more weeks to get their haircut. I am also grateful to my clients. I always think it takes great courage to sit in a barber chair and have a new barber cut your hair.

I wanted to share messages a few clients sent to me just the other day.
